Who runs the Best-Buyer Placement Report

  • Auction houses and wholesalers placing consignments with the dealers most likely to want them.
  • Dealer groups deciding which rooftop should take a unit.
  • Remarketers who want a ranked buyer shortlist instead of a blast email.

Before you run it

How does it pick the buyer?
MarketMatch scores every dealer in the network you pass against each vehicle on inventory alignment and year-make-model affinity, then ranks them. You get the best buyer (fit rank 1) and a runner-up per vehicle, and the full ranked shortlist on single-vehicle runs. Scores are fit indices on a 400 to 3000 scale, not prices and not a guarantee of sale.
What do I need?
The vehicles one per line (VIN, price, miles), up to 100, and the candidate buyer network one dealer per line as website domain and ZIP, up to 100. For a dealer group, list your rooftops.
How is it priced?
$1.49 per vehicle placed with a $2.99 minimum. You pay only for vehicles actually placed. A run that could cost more than the minimum is quoted first, charging nothing.
Does a good fit mean the transfer pencils?
Not by itself. For a group transfer, confirm the move still pencils after transport and reconditioning. The report gives you the fit, not the freight.
What is the inverse of this report?
The Acquisition Fit Report, which ranks a list of candidate vehicles for one dealership. Placement ranks dealers for each vehicle.
