Cookie Policy
For the MarketCheck AI Desk service.

This Cookie Policy explains how Market Check Cars, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("MarketCheck", "we", "us"), uses cookies and similar browser storage on MarketCheck AI Desk at ai.marketcheck.com (also reports.marketcheck.com) (the "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy. We group what we use into two categories: strictly necessary (always on) and analytics (only with your consent).
Your control
On your first visit we show a cookie banner with two optional categories, analytics and advertising, which you can accept or refuse independently. Nothing in either category loads until you accept it, and we set Google Consent Mode to deny by default. You can change your choice any time with the link in the footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of both categories and do not load non-essential cookies for that visit.
Strictly necessary
These are required for the Service to work and are always on. They do not track you across sites.

Analytics (only with consent)
These load only after you allow analytics on the banner. They help us measure and improve the Service.

Advertising (only with consent)
These load only after you allow advertising on the banner, and they are off by default. We use them for one thing: to tell whether an ad we paid for led to someone actually running a report, so we can stop paying for the ads that do not. They are first-party measurement cookies. We do not sell your data, we do not run cross-site behavioural tracking, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as an opt-out and keep both analytics and advertising off, without asking. You can change your choice at any time from Your Privacy Choices in the footer. We self-host our fonts, so loading a page does not send your details to a third-party font provider.
