Lot Pricing Scan

Scan your whole lot for under- and over-priced units

The repricing tool: exact price moves for every unit on your lot.

Example query

Ask Claude or ChatGPT in plain English:

Scan our lot for under-priced and over-priced cars. Dealer maplegrovetoyota.com, hint ZIP 60601, up to 30 vehicles.

Which cars on my lot need a price drop this week? Maple Grove Toyota in 60601.

Your assistant picks up the report, runs it against live MarketCheck data, and narrates the result back to you. Same credit balance, either assistant.

04Who uses it

Who runs the Lot Pricing Scan

  • Dealers repricing the lot against the live market instead of a national guide.
  • Dealer groups checking how a rooftop is priced, or how a competitor is priced.
  • Used car managers who want the exact dollar move per unit, not a colour-coded gauge.

05Questions

Before you run it

What does each unit get?
Its own channel-aware, CPO-aware MarketCheck Price and a five-band verdict: below, modestly below, at, modestly above or above market, with a suggested price move in dollars. The scan adds aging buckets and the dealer economics for the typical unit.
How is it priced?
$0.12 per vehicle scanned with a $1.99 minimum, up to 1,000 vehicles per run. You pay only for the vehicles actually found. A scan that could cost more than the minimum is quoted first, and the quote charges nothing.
Can I scan a competitor?
Yes. Pass the rival dealer’s website domain instead of your own and the scan shows how they are priced against the same market.
Does the scan need my inventory feed?
No. It reads the dealer’s live listings from MarketCheck’s crawl of dealer websites. Link your dealership once in account settings or pass a website domain and the ZIP of the lot.
Is this the same as the compliance audit?
No. The Lot Pricing Scan is about market position and repricing. The Pricing Compliance Report checks the same VIN advertised at different prices across channels at the same time, and stale listings.
