Batch Vehicle Valuation
Value a whole list of VINs in one run
One sheet row per VIN across a whole list: the daily appraisal sheet.
Example query
Ask Claude or ChatGPT in plain English:
Value this run list for me (VINs with miles attached), market 84070.
Here are 30 trades from today. What is each one worth in my market?
Your assistant picks up the report, runs it against live MarketCheck data, and narrates the result back to you. Same credit balance, either assistant.

04Who uses it
Who runs the Batch Vehicle Valuation
- Dealers doing the daily trade walk with a stack of trades or an auction run list.
- Appraisers with a batch file who need a value per unit, not a deep report on each.
- Dealer groups comparing a list of units against the market before a transfer or a sale.
05Questions
Before you run it
- What does each vehicle get?
- The channel-aware MarketCheck Price at its mileage, the asking price when known (provided by you or pulled from its live listing), and a five-band verdict of asking versus predicted. The run adds combined totals and a one-click CSV of the full sheet, sorted by the biggest mispricing.
- How is it priced?
- $0.49 per vehicle valued with a $1.99 minimum, up to 500 vehicles per run. A list that could cost more than the minimum is quoted first, and the quote charges nothing. Vehicles that cannot be valued (undecodable VINs, no usable mileage) are listed with the reason and never billed.
- Are these sale prices?
- No. Every figure is a predicted listing price built from recently off-market listings at their last list price. Negotiated transaction prices are not observable in listing data.
- When should I use Acquisition Fit Report instead?
- When the question is which of these units fit my lot, not what is each one worth. Acquisition Fit ranks a candidate list by inventory fit and year-make-model affinity for one dealership. Batch Vehicle Valuation puts a value on every unit.
- How do I run it?
- Paste the VINs one per line, with an optional asking price and miles on each, plus the ZIP of your market. Connect the MarketCheck AI Desk to Claude or ChatGPT once and ask in plain English, or run it from this website. You pay per report from a credit balance, with no subscription.
