Give it one or more vehicles (VIN, price, miles) and a candidate buyer network (dealer website domains + ZIPs), and for each vehicle it ranks the dealers by fit and names the best buyer (fit rank 1) plus a runner-up. Built for auction houses and wholesalers placing consignments, and for dealer groups deciding which rooftop should take a unit. Scores are predictive fit indices on a 400 to 3000 scale (inventory alignment + year-make-model affinity), not prices and not a guarantee of sale. For a group transfer, confirm the move pencils after transport. PRICING: metered at $1.49 per vehicle placed, with a $2.99 minimum. You pay only for vehicles actually placed. If the run could cost more than the $2.99 floor, it requires cost confirmation: call first WITHOUT confirm_cost_usd for an up-to quote (charges nothing), then call again with confirm_cost_usd set to the quoted cap once the user approves. Use when an auction house, wholesaler, or dealer group asks which DEALERS or rooftops are the best buyers for a vehicle, i.e. where to sell or place a unit. This is the inverse of Acquisition Fit Report (which ranks candidate vehicles for ONE dealer).

## Inputs

### Required
- **vehicles** (e.g. `WP1BE2AY5PDA28064, 20000, 3000`): The vehicles to place, one per line: VIN, price, miles (e.g. "WP1BE2AY5PDA28064, 20000, 3000"). Up to 100. Price/miles are pulled from the current listing and marked assumed if you omit them.
- **dealers** (e.g. `mbofaugusta.com, 30907`): The candidate buyer network, one dealer per line as "domain, ZIP" (e.g. "mbofaugusta.com, 30907"). Up to 100. For a dealer group, list your rooftops.

### Optional
- **confirm_cost_usd** (e.g. `5.96`): Only when the run could cost more than the $2.99 floor. After quoting the user the up-to cap and getting approval, call again with this set to the quoted cap. Charged for vehicles actually placed, never above the cap. Leave empty on the first (quote) call.

## Data semantics

Every price is a **listed (asking) price**, not a transacted sale price. "Recently off-market" comps show a vehicle's last list price (a sold proxy). The ML "MarketCheck Price" predicts an optimal listing price, not a sale price.
