Optionally narrowed by body segment, make, model, year range, or price tier. Use when the user asks about a local market by GEOGRAPHY (a ZIP and radius / region): supply, pricing, days-on-market, and where sellers are cutting price. ## Inputs

### Required
- **zip** (e.g. `60601`): US ZIP code (5 digits) anchoring the analysis.

### Recommended
- **segment** (e.g. `SUV`): Body segment filter: SUV, Sedan, Pickup, Coupe, Hatchback, Minivan, Convertible, Wagon, EV. Narrows the analysis.

### Optional
- **radius_miles** (e.g. `25`): Search radius in miles (default 25, max 100).
- **make** (e.g. `Toyota`): Vehicle make filter (e.g. Toyota). Narrows to a single brand.
- **model** (e.g. `RAV4`): Vehicle model filter (e.g. RAV4). Narrows to a single nameplate. Use with make.
- **year_range** (e.g. `2018-2023`): Year range like "2018-2023". Narrows to a specific era.
- **price_range** (e.g. `15000-30000`): Price band like "15000-30000". Narrows to a budget tier.

## Data semantics

Every price is a **listed (asking) price**, not a transacted sale price. "Recently off-market" comps show a vehicle's last list price (a sold proxy). The ML "MarketCheck Price" predicts an optimal listing price, not a sale price.
